Medicinal Properties of Food And Herbs
Our MPOFH classes will be scheduled on a 4-6 weeks basis with the dates posted on our website. MPOFH classes will cover a list of 50 different herbs and foods (i.e. pineapples, celery and pheromones) divided up over 5 courses (10 foods and herbs per course) discussing the benefits of consumption, any medical contraindications, proper food combinations and testimonials of use. The list of foods and herbs will change from class to class.
