In my experience the most common denominators for these conditions are #foodallergies (👈🏽 a more in-depth topic) #MUCUS and #inflammation.


Diverticula are small pouches that bulge outward through the colon, or large intestine. If you have these pouches, you have a condition called diverticulosis. Hemorrhoids are swollen and inflamed veins in the rectum and anus that cause discomfort and bleeding. Colitis is a chronic, ulcerative bowel disease that causes inflammation in the digestive tract.
Yarrow and Aloe Vera are effective digestive tonics. They tone the mucosa of the digestive tract, loosens mucoid plaque and thus helps with absorption. They also helps with bleeding hemorrhoids, and diverticulitis. Ginger provides enzyme activity and reduces inflammation.
